The University of Louisiana at Monroe, a public school, was established in 1931. It is located in Monroe, Louisiana and has a current enrollment of 8,500 that include 900 graduate students. Degree programs are offered through the five colleges, namely, Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, Education and Human Development, Health Sciences, Pharmacy and the Graduate School.
